In the morning, your special drink is ready to gulp. But remember to sift it thoroughly before consumption to flush out unpleasant particles from your jug. Also, note that the brew must be poured away after 24 hours of preparation.

Here are the recipes.

  1. A combination of Kiwi, Jalapeno, and Strawberry


Peel and cut 51 medium kiwis, then add strawberries (six pieces cut into tiny portions). Mash it a little and add a half teaspoon of jalapeno that had been diced.

  1. A combination of pomegranate, cucumber, and mint


Cut a big cucumber into the half, then peel and slice it. Measure one-quarter cup of crisp pomegranate arils. Then add 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves.

  1. A combination of Ginger, coconut, and raspberry


Mix a half teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and one-quarter cup of fresh raspberries after you must have squashed it a little. Then top it up with 4 to 5 pieces of coconut.

  1. A combination of lime, blueberry, and Basil


Get 4 to 5 crisp basil leaves and add it to one-quarter cup of lightly pressed blueberries, then pour the juice extracted from half of the lime with slices of the other half. Ensure to remove the seeds.

  1. A combination of pink grapefruit, mandarin, and rosemary


Cut a pink grapefruit into halves and remove the seeds. Then extract the juice from it, and add one small peeled mandarin orange after removing the seeds. Squash it and add one big sprig of fresh rosemary

  1. A combination of pear, cinnamon, and ginger


Add one ripe pear after cutting it, then add two big cinnamon sticks and a half teaspoon of grated ginger.

  1. A combination of myer cardamon, papaya and myer lemon


After removing the seeds from the Myer lemon, extract juice from half of the Myer lemon and pieces of the second half. Then add one-quarter cup of papaya without the seeds. Squash it lightly and add 1/16 teaspoon of ground cardamom.

This is a very good source of natural flavor and vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
