Trying to live a healthy lifestyle is definitely difficult to achieve. A lot of people in this world are dying because of different types of diseases that are mostly caused by unhealthy lifestyle especially when it comes to the food that people eat. The good side of this is that there are more and more people who are starting to get conscious about their lifestyle which is why they are now choosing to be healthy, however, most people find it very difficult, here’s why.
WHY IS IT DIFFICULT TO STAY HEALTHY?
Healthy food does not exist, it is just in your head. This is because food simply has a different amount of vitamins and minerals. There is simply no such thing as healthy food, but there are healthy people. It’s all about the amount of food that a person eats and how often it was consumed.
According to Dr. Roxanne Sukol, a preventive medicine specialist at Cleveland Clinic and a medical doctor at the Wellness Enterprise says that the word “healthy” is such a bankword. “Out food isn’t healthy. We are healthy. Our food is nutritious. I am all about the words. Words are the key to giving people the tools they need to figure out what to eat. Everyone’s so confused,” she explained. Companies and other health experts seem to misuse the word “healthy” which then make the people think that the food is healthy even if it is supposed to the person who is healthy.
Don’t mistake a healthy lifestyle to healthy foods, because people who eat basically anything but in moderation with proper exercise and enough sleep, can actually live a healthy lifestyle, whereas people who believe that eating ‘healthy foods’ is the only way to stay healthy may not really living a proper healthy lifestyle especially if not advised by a dietitian or nutritionist.
