One of the greatest enemies of a perfect body is this villain, and we all despise it and want to get rid of it. We found exercises that will help you do it for sure.

Women are willing to go through a lot to be beautiful and perfect. We will wear jeans in scorching heat to hide our cellulite, we will slather on creams in order to smooth it, but it seems that we are not willing to do the one thing that will actually make it go away.

All you have to do in order to firm your butt and smooth your thighs is five minutes of exercise per day. That’s not too much, is it?

You see, cellulite is just fat. According to scientists, cellulite is just fat that goes a layer deeper to the muscle that gives fat its shape in the end. According to doctor Wayne Westcott, “As women age, they lose muscle. As that muscle layer becomes thinner, weaker, and less firm, that overlying fat layer now doesn’t have a stable base. The fat wrinkles and goes in any direction because there’s not a solid, smooth foundation underneath it.”

So, the solution is simple – do these exercises.

Calf Raise Squat

You start this exercise with your feet apart at hip width. You need to bend at the knees and hips to lower down until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Next, you need to stand up, lift your heels and shift weight onto the balls of your feet. Then lower your heels and go back to starting position. Do 15 repetitions each day.

Clockwork Lunge

You start by standing with hands on your hips, and your feet apart in hip width. Then you take a big step forward with your right foot and lower down till your right leg is bent at a 90-degree angle, and your left knee is almost touching the floor. Now push up until you are back in starting position. Next, you take a big step to the right with your right foot. You need to bend the right knee and keep the left leg straight. Go back to starting position. Now you need to take a big step back with your right foot and lower until your left leg is bent at a 90-degree angle and your right knee is nearly touching the floor. Back to starting position.

Do the same with the left foot – from, left, back. That is one set, and you need to do 15 per day.

Bootstrappers

You start this one by standing with your feet apart at shoulder width. Next, you bend at the waist in order to touch your toes (yeah, it’s ok to bend your knees a bit). Next, bend your knees and lower your butt until it almost touches the floor – if necessary, allow your heels to lift. Your hands need to stay on your toes. Lift up your butt so that you are back in toe-touch position. Bend your knees, and lower your butt to the floor once more, and this time stand all the way up.

That was one. Do 15 per day.

Alternating Heel Raise Plie Squat

For start, you need to stand with your feet about 3 feet apart, and your toes pointing out. Then, you lower down until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor. Push yourself back to the starting position. That was one rep, you need to do 15 every day.

Next, you repeat the same move, but you raise your right heel as you lower down. Do 15 of these as well.

And for the end – repeat the same move, but raise your left heel as you lower yourself down; 15 of these, too.

No matter how much weight you lose, you will not make cellulite disappear. It will be less visible, but it will never be completely gone.You see, if you want to lose your cellulite, these exercises are the best. You don’t have to go to the gym in order to do them. You don’t need any machines, equipment, or special preparations. You just need 5 minutes each day.
