Dark chocolates are healthier than the milk and white ones, it is full of antioxidants, vitamins and other nutrients. One of the greatest benefits of dark chocolates is that it helps lower the body mass index or the BMI.
It is great for people who are aiming to achieve their ideal BMI or for people who wants to lower it even further. If you love chocolates so much but then you are too scared to gain weight and increase your blood sugar, go for the dark ones. In this case, the darker the better.

Instead of having some cakes, ice creams, puddings, pies etc. Why not make everything extra healthier by adding fruits on it?
