The 1930 apartment on Central Park has an Art Deco-style, situated in two towers. The place boasts three bedrooms, a dining room, a library, a fireplace in the living room, and a laundry room. The Eldorado has a concierge, doorman, playroom for children, and fitness facilities. Three months after listing it, the Howards dropped the price to $11.5 million. In 2018, it remains in the market.
