Observe And Evaluate The Body Language Of Juniors

Communicating with them at a proper time will ease out whatever hiccups you face as a team and would help you go forward. Remember that non-verbal communication is key to building robust and meaningful business relationships. You need to have a positive body language to boost your confidence, as well as that of your entire team.
