Maximilian Baer Jr, the son of the boxing champion Max Baer to his wife, Mary Ellen Sullivan. Baer Jr. preferred to be called Jethro Bodine now as he said he would like to be a distinct personality away from his father’s image. Not because he does not like his father; on the contrary, he thinks that he could not live up to his father’s name.

The actor, screenwriter, producer, and director bought this property along Pueblo Way street. The neighborhood in Paradise Palms also houses other big celebrity names like Debbie Reynolds and Johny Carson. Paradise Palms won the American Builder magazine award as a best-planned community in the country.
